Social Prescribing

Our social prescriber, John Keen-Tomlinson, work every Tuesday from 9:00 to 14:00.

Social Prescribers spend time understanding a patient’s non-medical concerns, signposting and linking them with services outside of the healthcare system, to improve their well-being.

They support a wide range of social matters, including:
