Choose and Book

When you have seen your doctor and a referral to a hospital specialist is necessary. Your doctor will send you or ask you to collect a list of appropriate clinics so that you can choose and book your appointment.

This list will have an information line so you can get details from the hospital on waiting times, services offered and a phone number to book the appointment. This can also be done on the internet.

For any problems booking your appointment, please ring the practice for assistance – 020 8946 5681.
